I was born into poverty — raised in public housing between Detroit and Chicago — where survival was the focus, not success. But even as a kid, I knew I wanted more. I didn’t just want to escape poverty… I wanted to understand wealth. I wanted to create it.

My first step wasn’t glamorous. I bought a small two-family flat — lived in one unit and rented out the other. That one move sparked a fire. I studied, I hustled, and I built — one property at a time. Twelve two-family homes later, I started acquiring small apartment buildings, learning lessons that only experience (and a few painful mistakes) can teach.

I learned when to stay quiet. I learned who to trust. But most importantly — I learned resilience. Every challenge refined my focus. Every setback taught me how to move smarter.

Then came the breakthrough that changed everything: technology. When I discovered how to harness digital tools — and eventually, the power of artificial intelligence — I realized that real estate success could be predictable, scalable, and almost effortless when done right.

Today, I teach real estate professionals, investors, and entrepreneurs how to use the same systems that I use to acquire hundreds of doors and generate $450M+ in business revenue.

This isn’t just about me making money. It’s about rewriting the story — your story — with strategy, technology, and unstoppable belief.
